Who we are
Just Homepages is run by Forbes Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, who sells the subscription to you and handles VAT and sales tax.
What you get
One homepage on an address of the form name.justhome.page, built from your descriptions, for as long as your subscription is active. The free trial lets you make and change a draft (10 changes) before paying. A subscription is £10 a year in the UK or €12 a year in the eurozone (VAT included), or $12 a year elsewhere (with any sales tax that is due added), billed yearly; it includes 100 edits a year; extra edits cost the same as a year, per 100, and carry over while your account is active.
Your account
You must be 18 or over. Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to your email. Keep your recovery codes safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
You own what you put on your page. You give us the permission we need to store it, generate and host your page, and show it to visitors. You confirm you have the right to use any text and images you provide.
Acceptable use
Your page must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may take a page offline without notice if we believe it breaks the policy, and suspend the account.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions renew yearly until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Billing; your page stays live to the end of the paid period. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment, no questions asked; the page then goes offline. If a renewal payment fails, your page stays live for 30 days while you sort it out.
When a page goes offline
We keep your content after your page goes offline, and hold your address for 12 months, so you can bring it back by paying again.
Our service
We work hard to keep pages online and fast, but we provide the service as is and can’t promise it will never be interrupted. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law doesn’t allow a limit.
Changes
If we change these terms we’ll tell you by email at least 30 days before they apply to your subscription. Early customers keep their launch price if the price rises.
