Your page is a single file of ordinary HTML. No scripts from anyone else, no cookies, no trackers — nothing to update and nothing to break. The only form a page can carry sends to Just Homepages, and we verify the sender by email before anything reaches the owner. It works in any browser for as long as the web exists, and you can download it and take it anywhere.

What we keep
Your email address(es), your Just Homepages ID, what you call yourself if you tell us, the descriptions, answers and images you give us, the versions of your page, your payment records (amounts, dates, receipt IDs — never card details), and first-party usage events such as “draft created” or “page published”.
If you send a form on a page we host
We email you a link to confirm it was you. Your answers wait for 48 hours; if you don’t confirm, they are deleted and the page’s owner never sees them. Once you confirm, they go to the owner by email and we keep a copy for them for 90 days. Your email address is used for that link and so the owner can reply — nothing else, and it isn’t added to any list. Your IP address is never stored, only scrambled with a key that changes every day, to stop floods of forms.
If you use email forwarding
If you switch on email forwarding, mail sent to your page’s addresses (like hello@yourname.justhome.page, or your own domain if you add it) is received by Amazon Web Services in London on our behalf. Each message is checked automatically for spam and viruses, and against the sender’s own anti-forgery settings (SPF, DKIM and DMARC); messages that fail are deleted unread. The rest are sent on to your account email address and then deleted: a message is held, encrypted, for no more than 24 hours, usually seconds. We don’t read messages or keep copies; our records note only how many messages were forwarded or turned away, and why — never what they said or who sent them. We forward only to the email addresses on your account, and you can’t send email as these addresses.
No trackers
We use no cookies, no analytics scripts and no third-party trackers — on our site or on your page. Visit counts come from our own server logs and are only ever shown as totals.
Who helps us
Amazon Web Services (hosting and email, in the US), Paddle (payments, as merchant of record) and Anthropic (to generate and edit pages from your descriptions). They process data only to provide their service to us.
How long
We keep your account and page while your account exists, and for 12 months after a page goes offline so you can bring it back. Server logs are kept for 30 days. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
